    We at Unique Cleaning Services offer the 100% kind. If you notice anything within 24hrs that doesn’t make you smile just let us know and we will return and fix it free of charge. If you would rather not have us come back to fix the problem, (we know it can be a bit of a hassle) we will put a little green back in your wallet on our next visit via a killer discount. We really like it when people say nice things about us so we will do just about anything to make sure you like us.

  • Q. Do you use your own cleaning supplies or mine?

    We have spent a lot of time researching and we’ve found some really professional, Eco- Friendly cleaning products and we know how to use them really well. Because we get the best results and are fastest with our own products we prefer to use them, but if you have a product you really like we are happy to use it. However, we can’t guarantee results or speed with anything other than our own products.

  • Q. What are your normal business hours?

    Truthfully, we clean stuff in our dreams so 24 hrs isn’t inaccurate. We know things need to be cleaned early and late and even on the weekends so give us a call and we’ll figure out a schedule that works best for you.

  • Q. Are You Licensed?

    Unique Cleaning Services is Fully Licensed.The house cleaning industry has many unlicensed, uninsured, un-bonded individuals offering services. There are laws, rules, and protection afforded consumers when using a licensed company in the CountryOnly licensed companies may carry industrial, liability, Labour and Industries, and bonding insurance protection (though a business license doesn’t guarantee that the company carries all these protections)Checking whether a company is licensed is easy; you can review a copy of the master business license, registered with the Revenue Dept. Hiring an unlicensed individual makes the ‘client’ technically and legally an employer, with all the tax, legal, and liability issues that come with it.

    We are getting big really fast, but we are currently cleaning in the MIDLANDS and surrounding areas.

  • Q. How do I know I can trust Unique Cleaning Services in my home?

    We only hire really nice employees. We figure if you’re really nice, you must be honest. Plus we do background checks, drug screening, and fingerprinting upon hire. As a final fail safe we subject every new hire to a polygraph test just to be sure. We are licensed, bonded, insured for your protection.

Perfect as spring-cleaning or when moving and want everything sanitized, shining and sparkling. We spot clean the walls and light fixtures. The oven, refrigerator, windows and even the window tracks are cleaned.This is heavy duty, detailed house cleaning from top to bottom. Deep cleaning can be done on your house, office, apt and condo. It’s a great way to get your damage deposit back when moving, or to get your home ready to show when you have decided to sell.Custom house cleaning is just, well, customized. Do you want us to clean your silk plants, fold your laundry and organize the pantry? Only clean the high traffic areas? Only clean the bathroom? Come in to help out the housekeeper?(We’ve really done this!) Clean to a set cost? Help polish the silver?   • Q. Do I need to be home when you clean?

    That depends on you. We can clean either way. If you are concerned about the security of your home if left open, we are happy to securely hold on to a key for you. Just be sure to let us know when you are out of town so we can come have a movie night. We’re cleaners so you don’t have to worry about cleaning up after us.

  • Q. Will I always have the same cleaners in my home?

    In the early days we toyed with the idea of sending a different cleaner every visit, but after seeking the advice of some really expensive business consultants who used really big words we came to the conclusion that it just wasn’t a very good business model. The short answer is YES.

  • Q. Do you offer gift Vouchers?

    Yes, we do now!

  • Q. Do you ever clean at discounted rates?

    That depends. Do you ever say nice things about us to your friends? If you do and they tell us about it we will totally make it worth your while. Otherwise, check our website and look for our ads and flyers. But trust us; it is way easier to just say nice things.

  • Q. Why Does A One Off House Cleaning Take Longer Than A Routine House Cleaning?

    House cleaning is hard work. The first time we come out to clean your home or office, the job is scrubbing intensive as we get all areas cleaned to sparkling high standards.Depending on the initial level of grime and clutter, a first-time cleaning can take 1.50-2.0 times longer than your subsequent cleanings.We do not charge a higher rate for one-time cleanings, (as do some companies) but it obviously takes longer to clean a tub or shower that has a lot of build up than a tub that’s been cleaned frequently.We will clean to whatever style you wish, but left to our own devices, we clean until your home shines.

  • Q. Do I have to sign a contract?

    NO. We want to earn your business each time we clean. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, we’d appreciate as much notice as possible. If you do encounter a company that requires a contract, please be very careful what you sign. You should be able to change or terminate a service without having to worry about a contract.

  • Q. Do you come to my home and give me an estimate?

    NO, all estimates are given over the Telephone or you may use the E-mail estimate form on the main page. Estimates are based on what we have historically cleaned your size home for if it’s in average condition and based on our checklist. Most in-home estimates are just high pressure sales calls.

  • Q. Do you give references?

    No. We don’t believe giving out our customers names and telephone numbers is an appropriate way to do business. We consider that confidential information and we don’t share it with anyone. Some services will give references, but do you really know who you are talking to. It may be the owner’s wife, mother or friend. We suggest you check with the Better Business Bureau on any service you decide to use

  • Q. Is There Anything Unique Clean Can't Help With?

    Due to health concerns (toxoplasmosis) we do not clean out cat boxes. Blood, vomit and anything else along these lines (either of human or animal origin) needs to be cleaned though a bio-hazard cleaning service

  • Q. How Do You Determine Cleaning Rates?

    You can be assured your house cleaning is a very good value. As a house cleaning company that’s been around since 2005, we periodically review our house cleaning competitors rates to insure that we are priced below theirs.Our fees are based on the actual time it takes to clean your home in 1/4 hour increments. We have a 2 person, 1.5 hour minimum. The cleaning estimates we provide are based on the square foot, number of beds, baths, number of occupants, pets, etc.Our rates, our guarantee and our dedication to you remain the same whether you book us for a one-time cleaning or sign up for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.House cleaning services have 2 primary ways of charging you, (and paying their employee) for the cleaning; either by the job, or by the hour.When a company is vague about how much time to expect that they will spend in your home, it is usually because their employees are being paid a percentage of the job rather than on an hourly basis.This means that the employees that are paid a percentage will be paid more per hour the faster they get out of your home. The problem with this business model is the potential for the employees to rush through the cleaning to get the highest possible hourly wage (e.g. surface cleaning).In speaking with other cleaning company owners, this model results in a constant struggle between the employee’s desire to get the highest wage possible, vs. a quality cleaning job, done right the first time.We pay our employees a fair hourly wage from start to finish, and employee wages do not increase if they rush through cleaning your home. Employee raises are based on merit. We reward our employees based on the quality of the job and the satisfaction of our clients.In our experience, the more frequent your cleaning and the more familiar the team is with your home, the less time it will take to complete, so your charge is less.It’s not right to continue charging you a higher rate for an easier and less time consuming job. Our estimates are competitive.
